Stay: 30 May 2008The hotel is clean, especially in the lobby/restaurant areas; better than many 4* hotels we stayed. Below average for customer service because staff were unfriendly and assumed we know the systems. I.e. After check-in, we walked and drove car to the gate then realised we can't get out, had to drive back, walk back into the hotel to ask. Reception staff then told me I need a code to get out, then gave me the code. Quite annoyed because outside was raining heavyly. Quality of room and value for money were average. |
